Is the guide really free?

The guide itself costs nothing: every page, the private guest links, the timed codes, the guest chat and the guide in your guest's language. If you sell extras through your guide, Lemlin keeps a 10% platform fee on each one sold, and Stripe charges its own processing fee. The free plan is being switched on. Until then, your account opens as the 14-day free trial of the full Lemlin app, with no card.

When do guests see the door code?

Only when check-in time comes. Before that, the guide shows everything else, and the code appears on its own at the time you set.

What can guests ask the chat?

Anything your guide covers: getting in, the Wi-Fi, parking, check-out. Answers come from your own guide, so when the guide is right, the answers are too. With Guides Pro, guests can also talk to it by voice.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, with Guides Pro. Free guides live on a lemstay.app address.

Do I need the full Lemlin app?

No. The guide works on its own. When you want help with cleans, the calendar, prices and guest messages, the full Lemlin plans add an AI operating agent that runs them with you.
